About the Role

This position requires a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse who can provide individualized care to patients with complex needs. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing solid organ transplants and complex surgeries
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Degree in nursing from an accredited program
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or setting
