We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Representative to join our team at Kristin Staropoli - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our agency, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business leads, schedule appointments, and convert leads into sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their insurance needs.
- Marketing and Sales Support: Collaborate with our agent to develop and implement marketing strategies, establish sales goals, and track progress towards achieving those goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our agency team to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales role, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance products and industry trends, with a Property & Casualty license.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively relate to clients and colleagues.
