Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Studio Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Studio Manager in maintaining a clean and presentable studio, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Studio Manager in maintaining a clean and organized studio, including daily inspections and reporting any issues to the management team.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling customer inquiries, and processing transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members, including answering questions, resolving issues, and promoting our services.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that all displays are updated and on-brand.
  • Train desk staff on package and membership options, current promotions, and individual retail items.
  • Assist with employee relations issues, including reporting and resolving conflicts.
  • Supervise front desk employees and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist with private and special events, including setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Oversee studio repairs and facility staff to ensure the studio is clean and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with inventory stock and reorder of inventory.
  • Strategize with the Studio Manager to increase attendance week-over-week and month-over-month.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year's experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
  • Full availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven attention to detail.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and able to work proactively within a team environment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
