Pure Barre Fitness Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Fitness Instructor to join our team at Pure Barre St Petersburg. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading high-energy classes, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and motivating studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach a minimum of 3 classes per week, including early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Plan and prepare classes, including studying choreography and class planning prior to each class
  • Assist with maintaining a tidy studio
  • Meet the physical demands of teaching classes, including lifting hand weights and demonstrating full-body push-ups
  • Complete a 3.5-day virtual training and significant 'at-home' study and preparation for certification

  • Ability to build client relationships through outstanding customer service
  • Active lifestyle and a health-centered approach to life
  • Dependable and strong work ethic
  • Confidence to command a room of 20 people
  • Musicality and ability to keep rhythm and count to the beat of music
