Work Schedule: Monday–Friday Days *+Weekends-As Needed +Emergencies-As needed

Position Overview:
The Project Manager is tasked with overseeing daily operations and administrative functions to ensure adherence to contract stipulations. This role involves developing and implementing cost control strategies and service level standards to meet customer specifications and contract obligations for the designated facility. The Project Manager will supervise approximately 5 educational institutions, serving over 2,219 students within a K-12 school district for janitorial services.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that services are delivered as per contract and within the expected profit margins. Identify and resolve potential issues and concerns. Oversee the company's quality control and safety initiatives at the assigned facilities. Conduct inspections to assess service quality at designated locations. Seek opportunities to enhance revenue by encouraging Supervisors to identify additional or periodic services for clients. Ensure compliance with company policies and all relevant federal, state, and local regulations. Guarantee that all documentation, including terminations, labor variance action plans, and operational models, is accurate and submitted promptly to the district/hub. Proactively analyze and manage both financial and operational performance of the assigned facilities. Ensure payroll accuracy and timely submission to payroll personnel, addressing any discrepancies as needed. Provide leadership and direction to Supervisors and Lead personnel at the facilities. Responsible for the overall management, coordination, and evaluation of staff within the assigned facility. Execute supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include directing work; evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, resolving issues, and terminating employees when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

An Associate's degree is required. A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a service-oriented environment. Experience in cost estimation and pricing work. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures. Ability to write reports and business correspondence effectively, and present information and respond to inquiries from managers and clients.
