Position Overview:
The Project Manager is tasked with overseeing daily operations and administrative functions to ensure adherence to contract specifications. This role involves developing and implementing cost control strategies and service level standards to meet customer requirements for the designated facilities. The Project Manager will supervise inspections, enforce quality control measures, and manage the inventory of equipment and supplies for the assigned locations. This position will oversee approximately 5 educational institutions, serving over 2,219 students within a K-12 school district for janitorial services.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that services are delivered as per contract and maintain intended profit margins. Identify and resolve potential issues and concerns. Oversee the company's quality control and safety initiatives at the assigned facilities. Conduct service quality inspections at designated locations. Explore opportunities to enhance revenue by encouraging Supervisors to identify additional or periodic services for clients. Ensure compliance with company policies and all relevant federal, state, and local regulations. Guarantee that all documentation, including terminations, labor variance action plans, and operational models, is complete, accurate, and submitted promptly. Proactively analyze and manage both financial and operational performance of the assigned facilities. Ensure payroll accuracy and timely submission to payroll personnel, addressing any discrepancies as needed. Provide leadership and direction to Supervisors and Lead personnel at the facilities. Responsible for the overall management, coordination, and evaluation of staff within the assigned locations, adhering to company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, resolving issues, and terminating employees when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

An Associate's degree is required. A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a service-oriented environment. Experience in cost estimation and pricing work. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage protocols. Ability to compose reports and business correspondence and effectively present information and respond to inquiries from management and clients.
