Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Land Surveyor to join our team at Synerfac. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert surveying services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform land surveys, including ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Construction Stakeout, As-built Surveys, Utility line Route Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and Property and Boundary Surveys.
- Work with Topcon-GPS and total stations, and have a strong understanding of data transfer programs and software such as Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality surveying services to our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in surveying.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in land surveying.
- Strong working knowledge of Topcon or Trimble GPS and total stations.
- Experience performing Property, Topographic, Utility, Construction Stakeout, and Record Surveys.
- Working knowledge of Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D programs.
- SI required; PS or PE preferred.
