Job Title: Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team at Supply Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation of a branch, ensuring the attainment of sales goals, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and chart OTD (On-Time Delivery) and service requirements for customer accounts serviced out of branch.
  • Meet all customer requirements and resolve any corrective action, conducting yearly customer surveys and reviewing with local staff.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all customers and work team.
  • Identify, quantify, and maintain necessary manning levels budgeted under the branch or branches managed.
  • Interview, hire, train, and discipline personnel, with continuous motivation and professional development for employees.
  • Provide yearly performance appraisals with branch personnel, conducting face-to-face meetings to review performance objectives.
  • Adhere to safety programs, housekeeping, and security responsibilities set forth by senior management.
  • Secure company-owned inventory assets.
  • Maintain equipment and maintenance records where applicable.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in branch operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in reviewing and forecasting monthly financial statements, including manning expenses and A/P reporting.
  • 3+ years of experience in complete knowledge of On-Time Delivery, Lines Shipped, Shortages, Quality issues, Rejects, and COGS sold by warehouse employees.
  • 3+ years of experience in safety, developing, implementing, and directing programs to ensure the safety of all personnel to meet Company standards and federal regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
