Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various machine-specific tasks, including equipment setup, product loading, and machinery operation.
  • Monitor and enhance operational efficiency while maintaining equipment and conducting quality inspections.
  • Develop and evaluate job routings to ensure quality standards while achieving production goals.
  • Safely operate and manage automated plating lines.
  • Supervise the setup of racks and tiers by team members.
  • Ensure proper packaging of finished products.
  • Regularly inspect work to confirm compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Complete all necessary documentation for each task.
  • Lead and mentor team members assisting in the plating process.
  • Participate in online training courses (involving significant math components) during personal time, with bonuses awarded upon completion within three months.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Punctuality and reliability in adhering to scheduled shifts.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
  • Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Adherence to safety protocols to prevent workplace injuries.
  • Physical ability to stand, twist, lift, walk, bend, and kneel as required.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Basic computer skills (preferred).

Shift Information:

1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Thursday (Overtime as scheduled)

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday - Thursday (Overtime as scheduled) - Must be available for training on 1st shift.

Compensation:

1st Shift: $24.00/Hour

2nd Shift: $26.00/Hour

(Performance reviews occur at 60 days and 6 months, then biannually, which may result in wage increases based on performance and company standards).

Signing Bonus: $1500 (Current employees are not eligible for signing bonus)
