This is a Contract-to-Hire role with a duration of 6 months.

Work Environment

This position is fully on-site. The work setting is a small metal distribution facility with approximately 12 employees on the floor. The atmosphere can be noisy due to the operation of saws, yet it is well-organized with ample space for maneuvering, accommodating metal rods that can reach lengths of up to 15 feet. The facility is climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working environment, especially when large doors are opened for truck access. The standard shift is during the day, commencing at 6 or 7 AM, with an 8-hour workday.
