POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Cash Operations Clerk is tasked with the meticulous collection and processing of cash and other forms of currency, ensuring that all activities are conducted with precision and efficiency. This role also involves maintaining comprehensive documentation of all financial counts to meet the stringent requirements of both Gaming and Company regulations.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Gather cash, tickets, and tokens from designated gaming machines and revenue areas as directed. Execute the processes of counting, sorting, strapping, racking, transporting, and recording all funds during the count operation. Maintain a high level of proficiency in the operation of all relevant programs and equipment utilized in the drop and count processes. Ensure the count room is kept clean and organized at all times. Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of all drop and count equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Generate and uphold accurate data related to count team operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES:

Previous experience in customer service within a similar capacity. Familiarity with handling significant amounts of cash, such as in roles involving cash registers or bank drawers. Strong multitasking abilities while maintaining a keen attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight schedules as necessary.
