Virtual Customer Support Specialist

The Panther Group is in search of a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to collaborate with a prominent transportation solutions provider.
This position offers a long-term remote contract with the potential for hire. Initial training will take place onsite for a duration of 2-3 months, operating from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, after which the schedule will transition to 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls
- Conduct account maintenance
- Address concerns from dissatisfied customers
- Perform data entry tasks
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening (including marijuana)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume call environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Reliable transportation required for training
Position Details:
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation:
- $17.00 per hour for English speakers
- $18.50 per hour for bilingual candidates (Spanish/English)
Expected working hours: 40 hours per week

Experience Requirements:
- 3 years in high-volume phone call environments (required)
- 1 year of remote work experience (required)
- 1 year of onsite training before transitioning to remote work (required)
- 3 years of customer service experience (required)
Commute: Must be able to commute for training.
Work Location: Combination of in-person and remote after training.
