Outpatient Physiatrist Position at OSUWMC

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is in search of a proficient Board Certified/Board Eligible physiatrist for a dynamic outpatient role with exceptional growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in musculoskeletal medicine, particularly in ultrasound-guided peripheral interventions. A keen interest in electrodiagnostic medicine is also advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outpatient care at our state-of-the-art facilities, including the Martha Morehouse Outpatient Care Center and the Comprehensive Spine Center.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Engage in continuous professional development and skill enhancement in the field.
- Contribute to research initiatives, educational programs, and community engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Possession of an MD or DO degree.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program.
- Board Certification or Eligibility in PM&R.
- EMG Board Eligibility and/or Certification is preferred.
- Eligibility for an Ohio Medical License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
