Outpatient Physiatrist Position at OSUWMC

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is in search of a proficient Board Certified/Board Eligible physiatrist for an outpatient role that offers exceptional opportunities for advancement. The preferred candidate will possess a strong background in musculoskeletal medicine, particularly in ultrasound-guided peripheral interventions. A keen interest in electrodiagnostic medicine is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outpatient care at our designated facilities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and skill enhancement.
- Contribute to research initiatives, educational programs, and community engagement efforts.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO qualification.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program.
- Board Certification or Eligibility in PM&R.
- EMG Board Eligibility and/or Certification is preferred.
- Eligibility for an Ohio Medical License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
