About the Role:

The Quality Coordinator will be responsible for promoting and supporting the delivery of safe, age-appropriate, and culturally aware patient care in our Vascular/Telemetry Unit. This role will involve working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and reducing healthcare-associated infections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement evidence-based guidelines and policies to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to design and standardize treatment protocols and clinical interventions
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to our nursing staff to promote excellence in patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects to improve patient safety and satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our healthcare partners and stakeholders to promote collaboration and improve patient care
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN, DNP) from an accredited school or university
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Experience in a similar patient population/service line
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
