We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Runner to join our team at La Cumbre Golf and Country Club. As a Food Runner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room, providing exceptional service to our members and guests, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up the dining room with the necessary equipment, plate ware, and small wares to effectively serve all food products.
  • Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other dining area equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to members and guests, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Restock utensils, napkins, and other dining room supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is delivered hot and cold, and that all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member and guest needs in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist with closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing the dining area, and restocking supplies.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 plus service charge, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
