About the Role

Fabletics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Lead to join our team at Burlington Mall in Burlington, MA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge on Fabletics products, including fabrics, features, fit, and function.
  • Engage customers in new and meaningful ways, including store events and promotions.
  • Train and develop sales associates to meet performance expectations.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Participate in feedback and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment, with prior retail management experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, and running.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
