Retail Sales Lead

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Lead at Burlington Mall in Burlington, MA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a best-in-class retail store customer experience and support in sales and operations.
- Enable customers to shop seamlessly between the website and retail stores using cutting-edge technology.
- Work with the Store Manager, store supervisors, and a team of highly personable associates to help customers live their passion.
- Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store environment through store events, promotions, and community projects.
- Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
- Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer's purchase journey.
- Actively participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
- Meet or exceed store objectives in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
- Be a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
- Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
- Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
- Unpack boxes for inventory as required.
- 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment.
- Prior retail management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
- Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
- Ability to work with large teams.
- Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
- Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
- Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
- Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
- This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
- May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
