About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Example LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their business needs and anticipating their requirements.
  • Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities for clients, staying ahead of their needs and expectations.
  • Communication and Coordination: Manage communications between upper management and employees, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient resource allocation.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay current with company offerings and industry trends, providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
  • Goal Achievement: Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: Four years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
  • Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts, understand client needs, and negotiate costs and services. Proficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or a related discipline.
  • Language: Proficiency in using more than one language.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
