We are seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to enhance our expanding team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and follow-up with clients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and manage incoming inquiries related to client satisfaction and service follow-ups.
- Maintain clear communication with healthcare providers to address patient requests.

- Respond to inquiries via email and phone promptly, ensuring a 24-hour response time.
- Review and resolve service-related documentation efficiently.

- Monitor internal request queues to meet departmental performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
