Position Summary:

The Senior Construction Project Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. This individual will work closely with our project team to coordinate and manage various aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients;
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with company financial policies;
  • Develop and implement project schedules, timelines, and milestones;
  • Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project execution;
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery;
  • Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting any areas for improvement or concern;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including documentation, reports, and correspondence;
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and HR, to ensure effective project management;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards;
  • Foster a culture of excellence, quality, and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project management, coordination, or a related field;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from planning to completion;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software;
  • Physical ability to travel to project sites and attend meetings as required.

Salary Range:$90,000 - $115,000 annually DOE
