Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our client's parts and service team. This role is critical in managing and expanding the customer base, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support. The Sales Representative will work closely with a book of current customers while growing new business in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, fostering long-term partnerships and driving repeat business.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory, leveraging industry connections and market insights to drive growth.
  • Customer Visits: Conduct regular customer visits within your assigned account list, providing personalized service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience in the industrial parts and service sector.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Personable, accountable, and possessing a strong work ethic, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
