Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and implementing clinical services to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by building loyalty and repeat business.
  • Clinical Services: Champion Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist with patient enrollment.
  • Leadership: Lead the team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
  • Workflow Management: Structure and organize workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and providing clinical services.
  • Long-Term Care: Develop and follow up on long-term care business through immediate communication and attention to the needs of nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences.
  • Business Development: Identify long-term care and specialty business opportunities and communicate with marketers.
  • Medication Dispensing: Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide all clinical pharmacy services.
Requirements:
  • A pharmacy license without any federal sanctions.
  • A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
  • Current Immunization Certification.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • NPI Number.
