Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, championing our innovative programs, and leading a team of pharmacists and technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers, building loyalty and repeat business.
  • Program Champion: Champion our programs, such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist with patient enrollment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of pharmacists and technicians, modeling high standards in patient service and coaching team members to achieve excellence.
  • Workflow Optimization: Structure and organize workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services.
  • Long-Term Care Business: Develop and follow up on long-term care business through immediate communication and attention to the needs of nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences.
  • Dispensing and Clinical Services: Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide all clinical pharmacy services.
Requirements
  • A pharmacy license without any federal sanctions.
  • A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
  • Current Immunization Certification.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • NPI Number.
