Operations Manager II

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager II to join our team in Production. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production team, ensuring seamless execution of our production goals and objectives.

The Operations Manager II will supervise a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources and information to excel in their roles. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

• Align team members with departmental and plant goals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure all team members have the necessary tools and training to perform their duties effectively.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
• Develop and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• A degree in a technical or business-related field, such as Operations Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven track record of improving processes, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.

• A competitive salary range of $$85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
