Manufacturing Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Director to oversee our manufacturing operations, drive profitability, and ensure high standards of efficiency and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manufacturing management, strong leadership and managerial skills, excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements. A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field; MBA preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, develop, and empower a skilled team dedicated to manufacturing excellence
• Generate and present comprehensive reports on manufacturing performance
• Oversee all facets of manufacturing to ensure efficiency, service delivery, and profitability
• Drive profitability through effective management of manufacturing operations
• Focus on on-time delivery for customers and report progress to the management team
• Manage all insourcing activities adhering to the insourcing priority list
• Manage all stocking equipment (e.g., trucks, Cormac products)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in manufacturing management
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field; MBA preferred
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools

Salary Range: $100,000 - $105,000 per year
