As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project performance, including costs, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of projects from design to installation
  • Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets
  • Manage construction budgets and analyze requisitions and change orders
  • Establish construction plans and engineering methods
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Ensure project profitability and compliance with contractual responsibilities
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance with quality control and assurance requirements
  • Hire, manage, mentor, and coach project team members
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in project management, construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience managing facilities over 800 sq ft
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Contract law knowledge and contract management experience
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
