Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office functions, including opening and closing procedures during business hours (8:30 am to 5:30 pm).
  • Manage incoming calls, maintain the telecommunication system, and welcome visitors.
  • Coordinate mail and package deliveries, organize meetings, and manage conference room bookings.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and maintain office supplies, placing orders as necessary.
  • Act as a liaison for building maintenance and service providers.
  • Prepare workspaces for new hires, maintain telephone extensions, and assist with IT troubleshooting.
  • Support the organization of company events such as seasonal outings and special celebrations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist.
  • Strong work ethic and flexibility in scheduling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and calendar management.
  • Experience in event coordination.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is preferred.
