Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical/Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team at Laars Heating Systems. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing our high-efficiency boilers and other products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and test boilers and other products using hand and power tools
  • Cross-train on multiple stations and products to meet production demands
  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with attention to detail and quality
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic math skills and ability to apply common sense understanding
