Requirements:

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly flow.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving project goals.
  • Proficient in project management techniques.
  • Familiarity with relevant equipment and technologies.
  • Ability to manage either single projects or a portfolio with interdependencies to meet business needs.
  • Experience in power conversion technology and applications, preferred.
