Pest Control Service Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Service Technician to join our team at Thomas Pest Services. As a Pest Control Service Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect properties to identify pest problems and develop effective treatment plans
  • Use specialized equipment and techniques to eliminate pests and prevent future infestations
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their pest control needs and provide solutions
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
  • 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Pass an OSHA-required respirator fit test and have a driving record that meets insurance company requirements
  • Pass a drug screening test and be available to work full-time with potential for overtime during May-September
Physical Requirements:

Technicians will frequently lift, walk, and crawl. Individuals should be able to reach with hands and arms, climb on ladders, kneel, and crawl. Applicants must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and be comfortable getting on roofs as required.

We provide proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and thorough training to ensure a safe working environment.
