Pest Control Service Technician Job Description

At Thomas Pest Services, we're seeking a skilled Pest Control Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our pest management team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect properties to identify pest issues and develop effective treatment plans
  • Apply pest control treatments and products in a safe and efficient manner
  • Communicate with customers to understand their pest control needs and provide solutions
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 18 years or older, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass an OSHA-required respirator fit test and a drug screening test
  • Available to work full-time, with the potential for overtime during peak seasons

Physical Demands:

The Pest Control Service Technician role requires frequent lifting, walking, and crawling. Individuals should be able to reach with hands and arms, climb on ladders, kneel, and crawl. Applicants must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and be comfortable getting on roofs as required.
