Pest Control Service Technician Job Description

At Thomas Pest Services, we're seeking a skilled Pest Control Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our pest management team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and identify pest problems, developing effective treatment plans to prevent and eliminate pest issues.
  • Partner with customers to understand their pest management needs, providing personalized solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Operate company vehicles, utilizing GPS navigation and other tools to optimize routes and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, treatment plans, and pest management activities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest pest management techniques and technologies.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 18 years or older.
  • Pass an OSHA-required respirator fit test, have a driving record that meets insurance company requirements, and pass a drug screening test.
  • Available to work full-time with the potential for overtime during May-September.
