About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team at Terminix. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in our pest control services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Apply pest control products and treatments in a safe and efficient manner, following all company protocols and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their pest control needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments, customer interactions, and any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest pest control techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
