  • Financial and Personnel Management: monitor budget variance reports, present financial analysis, and manage daily business operations.
  • Interact with administrative offices regarding staff training and monitoring.
  • Manage Human Resource functions, including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of education.
  • Six years of experience in clinic/practice management.
