We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating environmental, health, and safety risks across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate industrial accidents and near misses to determine root causes and preventive measures.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in environmental health and safety.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
