Job Summary

Aquor Technologies is seeking a skilled Radiology Tech - MRI to join our team. As a Radiology Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients, ensuring the highest image quality and patient safety. Your expertise in MRI imaging procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols will be essential in providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, explaining the process and addressing concerns
  • Monitor and assess patients during MRI procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of procedures, including patient data and imaging results
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and analyze images
  • Perform routine maintenance on MRI equipment and troubleshoot any issues

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of MRI imaging procedures and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members
  • Proficiency with computers and radiology information systems (RIS)
  • Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) with a specialization in MRI (ARRT-MR)
  • Active radiology technologist license in good standing
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiology Tech - MRI or in a similar role
