Key Responsibilities
- Supervises a diverse range of quantitative evaluations, including leveraged buyout models, discounted cash flow assessments, multiple valuation evaluations, merger and acquisition accretion/dilution assessments, and credit evaluations for client and investor presentations.
- Creates investment scenarios and corresponding presentation/prospectus materials, coordinating marketing for public and private securities offerings, valuation assessments, business strategies, and financial forecasts.
- Utilizes the firm's capital markets, proprietary research, and analytical capabilities to deliver exceptional investment, risk advisory, merger & acquisition, and capital markets services.
- Tracks relevant transactions, capital market trends, corporate financial statements, industry, regulatory, and economic information, along with other critical evaluations in the financial sector.
- Collaborates directly with Executive Directors and Managing Directors across all aspects of the business, including marketing, transaction assessment, and transaction execution.
- Applies principles of economic and financial analysis methods for business decisions, finance, accounting, business statistics, marketing, investment, financial forecasting, and marketing at an advanced level.
- Possesses experience in supervising Analyst and Associate level personnel in research & analysis and subsequent transactions within the investment banking field.
- Exhibits maturity, presence, attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrates the capability to effectively adapt to and address evolving client and firm requirements.
- Experience in the technology sector is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business or a related field, along with seven years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Business Analyst, Client Relationship Manager, or Management Associate.
- A Master's Degree in Business or a related field is strongly preferred.
