Technical Support Specialist

Our ideal candidate will be capable of configuring hardware and software on company equipment, maintaining accurate hardware and software inventories with detailed documentation, building, repairing, and reengineering racks (i.e. cabinets or super compute systems), and installing/verifying cables, cable connections, and network devices.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a technical field or help desk or desktop support
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to find answers and be resourceful in solutioning
- Strong communication skills
- Incredible organization skills
