Position Overview: We are excited to announce an opportunity for the role of a Regional Ambassador for Lifesaving Initiatives within the esteemed Royal Life Saving Society UK. This is a voluntary position aimed at individuals who are passionate about promoting lifesaving activities in their respective regions.

Role Responsibilities: As a Regional Ambassador, you will:

  • Act as a representative of the Society's President in your area.
  • Provide support to local branches and lifesaving clubs as needed.
  • Participate in branch meetings, community events, and presentations to raise awareness of lifesaving initiatives.

Application Process: Interested candidates are encouraged to complete a straightforward application form. This form includes a section for a brief statement detailing your suitability for the role. All applications will be evaluated by the President with assistance from a Trustees Committee, and successful candidates will be notified accordingly.

Membership Requirement: Please note that all Regional Ambassadors must hold personal membership with the Royal Life Saving Society UK. If you are not currently a member, joining will be necessary upon successful application.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and have an active RLSS UK Account (powered by tahdah).
