  • Independently handle litigation and non-litigation matters for the Office of General Counsel.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide legal guidance and support on business initiatives and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Active member of the State Bar of Georgia in good standing.
  • 3-10 years of legal experience in litigation, healthcare, corporate, and other related legal issues.
  • One year of experience in the area of healthcare law or medical malpractice litigation preferred.
  • General knowledge of medical malpractice and healthcare issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
