Engineering Project Manager

Eden Capital Careers is seeking a dynamic and driven Engineering Project Manager to spearhead innovative projects within a forward-thinking organization that is transforming digital engagement through advanced 3D tracking solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving product development initiatives and implementing effective project management methodologies to support the company’s expansion.

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into concrete project plans, overseeing multiple initiatives concurrently while prioritizing critical business demands. Contribute to the company’s pioneering efforts in enhancing digital experiences through a unique permanent magnet approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects aligned with the organization’s strategic vision and objectives.
  • Engage with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive and actionable project plans, detailing tasks, milestones, and product specifications.
  • Allocate resources across various projects, leveraging the same R&D team, while identifying potential bottlenecks.
  • Oversee project execution, conducting regular meetings as required.
  • Facilitate project retrospectives to enhance the precision of scheduling forecasts for ongoing initiatives.
  • Prepare and present updates on project timelines and budgets to senior management.
  • Enhance the organization’s project management frameworks, workflows, and systems.
  • Establish a systematic and repeatable approach for project meetings and scrums.
  • Improve cross-functional communication among stakeholders involved in different projects, breaking down silos wherever possible.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in engineering or project management, with at least 2 years in a project management capacity.
  • Post-graduate experience in the United States is preferred.
  • Familiarity with multi-disciplinary hardware, product development, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficient in Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Clickup, Atlassian/Jira, or Monday.
  • Strong self-motivation and leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to comprehend technical concepts for effective dependency management.
  • Comfortable navigating complex and ambiguous challenges while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ISO13485 quality management systems.
  • Familiarity with Clickup.
  • Background as a Project Manager in a startup environment at a similar growth stage.
  • Experience in the development of medical devices.
