Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects aligned with the company's strategic vision and objectives.
  • Engage with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive and actionable project plans, detailing tasks, milestones, and product specifications.
  • Allocate resources across various projects while identifying potential bottlenecks within the R&D team.
  • Oversee project execution, conducting regular meetings as needed to ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate project retrospectives to enhance the accuracy of scheduling forecasts for ongoing initiatives.
  • Report on project progress concerning timelines and budgets to the executive team.
  • Enhance the company's project management frameworks, workflows, and systems.
  • Establish a systematic and repeatable approach for project meetings and scrums.
  • Improve cross-functional communication among stakeholders and eliminate silos.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in engineering or project management, with at least 2 years specifically in project management.
  • Post-graduate experience in the United States is preferred.
  • Familiarity with interdisciplinary hardware, product development, and manufacturing projects.
  • Experience with Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Clickup, Atlassian/Jira, Monday, etc.
  • Strong self-motivation and leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts for effective dependency management.
  • Comfortable navigating complex and ambiguous challenges while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ISO13485 quality systems.
  • Familiarity with Clickup.
  • Background as a project manager in a startup at a similar growth stage.
  • Experience in the development of medical devices.
