Work Schedule: 4 days per week; flexible availability required, including at least 3 weekend shifts monthly.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Full-Time Lead Registered Nurse to take on a pivotal role within our organization. We are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic leader who is passionate about wellness and dedicated to supporting others. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager and oversee the nursing staff, ensuring the effective delivery of medical services and therapies, client education, and administrative responsibilities.

- Lead a team of nursing professionals by conducting monthly chart reviews, managing provider schedules, and facilitating regular team meetings.
- Oversee inventory management by monitoring stock levels, anticipating supply needs, and placing orders as necessary.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment through exceptional patient care.
- Administer various medical therapies, including IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections.
- Educate clients on the advantages of the medical services we provide.
- Work independently with clients to assist them in achieving their health and wellness objectives.
- Promote membership and medical services tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the studio team to meet organizational goals and enhance teamwork.
- Maintain accurate medical records in the patients' electronic medical records (EMR).
- Engage in community outreach and participate in off-site nursing events.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all members and guests.
- Exemplify a commitment to the vision and values of Restore, contributing to our mission and culture.
- Current, unrestricted RN license.
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Minimum of two years' experience in an acute care environment (e.g., ER, ICU, Med-Surg).
- At least one year of experience in administering IVs and injections.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Proactive and capable of working independently.
