Supervisor Dispatch Lead

The Dispatch Supervisor is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the work of dispatchers and ensuring that all dispatch operations are carried out efficiently and effectively. As a Dispatch Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining all dispatch team KPIs, supervising and leading a team of dispatchers, and performing both new and refresher training for all dispatch team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that all dispatch operations are carried out efficiently and effectively
* Responsible for maintaining all dispatch team KPIs
* Supervise and lead a team of dispatchers
* Responsible for performing both new and refresher training for all dispatch team members
* Create and maintain dispatcher schedules in accordance with company policies
* Communicate with field workers, customers, and homeowners to provide information necessary to complete field work
* Provide support with troubleshooting, providing "as-builds," directions to a location, and plant fiber information
* Receive close-out information from the field and input the work information into various databases to fully close out each location
* Maintain and update various databases
* Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to assist assigned department/project
* Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project
* Coordinate with PMO to keep training and documentation up to date
Requirements:
* To be 18 years of age or older
* Authorization to work in the United States for this company
* Proficient in the use of office hardware and software (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
* Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written
* Work safely, with or without supervision
* Read, understand, interpret, input and analyze data with a high degree of accuracy and completeness
* Excellent manual dexterity
* Ability to organize workload to determine priority of duties
* Communicate with Company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed
* The ability to effectively function in a high-stress environment
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
* Two years of related work experience
