About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Planner/Scheduler to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for planning and controlling all scheduling activities supporting assigned plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement demand forecasting models to improve customer satisfaction and sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product lifecycle processes, including new product introductions and discontinued products
  • Plan and control inventory levels to meet customer service levels and inventory turns goals
  • Balance production and inventory levels to support targets consistent with customer service levels and capacity utilization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Operations, or Sales
  • 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Operations, or Sales
  • APICS CPIM Certification or equivalent experience
