At Currency Cloud, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Investor Relations to join our team. As a key member of our corporate finance team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our company's narrative and communicating our story to the global investment community.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy to promote a full and fair valuation of the company.
- Manage the earnings process, including review meetings, outreach to the business, and development of materials for investor conferences and presentations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to synthesize business intelligence and provide insights to inform our investor relations strategy.
- Closely collaborate with executive staff members to ensure consistency in our corporate positioning and messaging.
- Develop and maintain independent and direct relationships with the investment community.
- 12 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 10 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or 5 years relevant work experience with a PhD.
- Current or previous experience on an investor relations or corporate finance team at a high-growth payments or broader financial technology company.
- Strong financial modeling experience and ability to partner with the company's FP&A, Corporate Strategy, Accounting, Communications, and Legal functions.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills.
- Proven oral and written communication skills, including experience developing and delivering presentations to executive management and Boards.

- A dynamic and fast-paced work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
- A competitive salary range of $176,900 to $256,500 per year, plus potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).
