Senior Manager, Investor Relations

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Investor Relations to join our team at eBay. As a key member of our finance, analytics, and information technology functions, you will play a critical role in developing and conveying eBay's financial narrative.
Key Responsibilities- Support all aspects of Investor Relations for eBay, including earnings process, messaging materials, and fact-checking.
- Manage logistics for earnings calls, ensuring smooth execution and effective communication.
- Host calls with sell-side analysts and buy-side investors, promoting open dialogue and understanding of eBay's financial performance.
- Assist in organizing and participating in Non-Deal Roadshows and investor conferences.
- Maintain strict adherence to disclosure and communications policy for financial or metric disclosure requests.
- Manage the Investor Relations team budget and foster relationships with key vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- 8-10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with exposure to investor relations within a public company.
- Excellent financial and investment analysis capabilities, oral and written communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with financial modeling techniques used by security analysts.
- Understanding of the financial and investment markets and ability to quickly establish new relationships.
- Ability to effectively manage cross-functional coordination and interpersonal skills.
