Responsibilities
  • Assist Patients with Daily Activities: Provide support with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and housekeeping, to ensure our patients receive the care they need.
  • Teach Essential Self-Care Skills: Help patients develop essential self-care skills, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Monitor Vital Signs and Administer Medication: Work under the guidance of a nurse to monitor patients' vital signs and administer medication as needed.
Requirements
  • Ohio STNA License: Possess a valid Ohio State Tested Nursing Aide (STNA) license in good standing.
  • Experience in Long-Term Care: Have at least one year of recent experience as an STNA in a Long-Term Care facility setting.
  • Reliable Transportation: Possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation to and from work locations.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification: Hold current CPR/First Aid certification.
