Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will assist individuals with their personal hygiene and support those who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with their daily living needs, including personal hygiene and grooming
- Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Encourage individuals to participate in community activities and enjoy their favorite hobbies
- Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
